Dunapentele munkássága javasolja, hogy Dunapentele egész területét nyilvánítsák a Nemzetközi Vöröskereszt elosztó helyének.
2./ Dunapentele a meginduló élet kiinduló pontja lehet, egyben az ország közepén fekszik, a világ minden területéről élelmiszert és gyógyszert igen könnyű ide szállítani. Dunapentele tökéletesen megközelíthető délről, északról, keletről és nyugatról. A város megközelíthető hajóval, repülőgéppel, gépkocsival és vonattal.
3./ Az orvosság és élelem tárolására, elosztására, elszállítására megfelelő raktárak, járművek, szakemberek állnak rendelkezésre.
